Up to $55KCustomer service position that assists Traders with day to day questions and issues with the usage of an electronic brokerage platform. Position will help users with application support for fixed income and other electronic trading applications. Required Qualifications:- MUST be able to navigating (i.e. know how to open a session, gateway or servers) via a system like a Unix, C++, or Java or Bloomberg or eSpeed or Brokertech. - A basic understanding of how the bond market/futures AUCTIONING PROCESS.
